Rotary Club of Dimapur hosted a marathon race to promote health awareness and athletic sports drawing a turnout of 450 participants at DDSC Stadium on October 2. The event was graced by Tovihoto Ayemi, Advisor Tribal Affairs & Election. Chungameren Ao, Taliyanger Ozukum, and Keweko Kapfo bagged 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively in the boy’s category while Tsuchoi, Songmo and Peiheiteile Esalung secured 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively.

Aligned with Rotary International’s annual theme, ‘Create hope in the world,’ which emphasises tree planting for a greener and better environment, the Rotary Club of Kohima planted a variety of fruit trees at Cradle Ridge Kohima on October 2.
