Kohima, July 16 (PTI) Nagaland's COVID-19 tally rose to 35,598 on Saturday as six more people tested positive for the infection, eight less than the previous day, a health official said.
The state's coronavirus death toll remained unchanged at 763 as no fresh fatality was recorded, he said.
Kohima district registered the highest number of new cases at five, followed by one in Zunheboto, the official said, adding the fresh cases were detected from 61 samples.
The state now has 60 active cases, while 33,278 patients have recovered from the infection so far, including seven in the last 24 hours, and 1,497 patients have migrated to other states, he said.
The recovery rate among the coronavirus patients in the state stood at 93.48 per cent.
Nagaland has thus far tested over 4.75 lakh samples for COVID-19, the official added.
