DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 13 (MExN): A DIPR report informed on Saturday that the State Government has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to be headed by Z. Mero, DIGP to investigate and arrest the culprits responsible for the recent killing of the couple near Yayi Bridge while on their way to Kiphire from Shamator on February 6, 2016.
