The 27 Mokokchung Town A/C celebrated Tsüngremmung festival at Multi-Sports Complex, Mokokchung on August 2. The festival was hosted by Minister RD Metsubo Jamir. In his address, Jamir urged the Ward authority leaders to have the humility to accept criticism and to become more humble as they discharged their duties and responsibility to the people they served. Short speeches were also delivered by Aongza Ward, Kichutip Ward, Salangtem Ward, Mongsenbai Ward, Kumlong Ward and others. Celebration was marked with a tug-war competition for both men and women and community feast.
