NBCC’s Super Saturday of U-Link prog for children commences

Kohima: The first Super Saturday of U-Link Program initiated by the Education and Communication Department of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) was held on April 26 in eight different venues. In total 388 participants attended the program.

The venues include Peraciezie Baptist Church,  Kohima; Sumi Baptist Church, Daklane, Kohima; Zeme Baptist Church, Midland, Kohima; City Church Kohima; 19 Assam Rifle Ground, Main town Kohima; Chakhesang Baptist Church, Kitsubozou; Konyak Baptist Church, Midland, Kohima; Rengma Baptist Church, Kohima.

A press note received here stated that it was a time where the children were introduced to different areas like music, dance and choreography, painting flower vases, lessons on life changing story based on the bible, bible related games and sports, brain teasing experiences based on the scripture such as bible picture puzzles, word puzzle and puzzle worksheets.

In all the groups, the children were led in a time of fellowship where super couples interacted and encouraged the children from their experiences and the word of God. Over all the children enjoyed and showed their enthusiasm and willingness to attend in the coming Super Saturdays.

NBCC Education & Communication Office has informed that the Next Super Saturday of U-LINK will be held on May 24, 2014. All Growth Group conveners will have a coordination meeting on May 8, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Kenneth Complex, NBCC Headquarters.
