Kohima, September 20 (MExN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has informed all heads of educational institutions in the state about the launch of the e-magazine Sapnon ki Udaan by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, New Delhi. The e-magazine, developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), was unveiled on August 23, with the aim of fostering reading, writing, and creative expression among young students.
As part of this initiative, the NCERT is inviting submissions of articles on the theme “Education in the Journey of Viksit Bharat: Your Dreams and Aspirations.” Detailed information and guidelines for contributions are provided in the annexure accompanying the NBSE notification.
In this regard, the NBSE has urged all institutions to disseminate this information to students and encourage them to contribute articles. The board emphasized that this is an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their creative writing skills. Contributions can be sent via email to collessay21@gmail.com and should include the student’s name, class, the full name of the school, and the district. The last date for submission of entries is October 3, 2024, after which selected submissions will be forwarded to the NCERT.
