No ‘seat sharing arrangement,’ resolves BJP 24 Angetyongpang Mandal

Mokokchung, July 10 (MExN): The Bharatiya Janata Party 24 Angetyongpang Mandal (Assembly Constituency) has resolved not to accept ‘seat sharing arrangement’ in the forthcoming 2023 Assembly Election.

It was one of the two-point resolution adopted during its executive meeting on July 8 and aimed at strengthening the party functioning at the Mandal level, informed a press release.

It further resolved to remain united and uphold the party principles and continue working for strengthening the BJP in every village and unit under the Mandal setup, it said. 

Meanwhile, the Mandal President Imtichizung Ozukum, in his keynote address, expressed gratitude to all the karyakartas  (workers)  under 24 Angetyongpang for their loyalty and commitment to the party.

 He encouraged the party workers to remain united under the banner of BJP Constitution and continue working for the welfare of the people down to the grassroots. 

State Council Member, 24 Angetyongpang Mandal, Imnakika Jamir also challenged the party karyakatas to be united and be prepared to face the upcoming 2023 state Assembly election with full force. 

The meeting, which was held at the Mandal treasurer’s residence, was chaired by Mandal Yuva President Dollen Longkumer while Mandal Vice-President Rongsenyanger invoked God’s blessings, the release stated.
