NSS Pfutsero College during cleanliness drive on April 22.
Kohima, April 22 (MExN): The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Pfutsero Government College today conducted a cleanliness drive with the support of ADC, Pfutsero and the college authority.
Over 100 students participated in the drive which was also attended by College staff.
The social work covered the main town area, Zhipa, Menyitsuda, Reku, PWD, Tese and Seed Farm Colony and its vicinity.
Meanwhile, NSS programme officer Nuveta Khusoh expressed gratitude to the Unit for the social service carried out with dedication, and also the administration and community for the support.
He opined that such type of social services should be carried out occasionally as it will greatly benefit the community and will instill community hygiene and cleanliness.
The cleanliness drive was supported by Swachh Bharat Mission.
