Pughoboto, September 17 (MExN): The monthly meeting for Pughoboto Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board was conducted under the Vice Chairman SDPDB and ADC Pughoboto Thungchanbemo Tungoe at the DB Court in the ADC office on September 17. According to a DIPR report, the house decided on collection of yearly membership for the officers club (Badminton Players), Pughoboto and fixed an amount of Rs. 2000 (minimum) for the maintenance of the indoor stadium and others. The board decided that power point presentation will be continued on departmental activities every month by two departments and assigned the PWD and Medical department to present their activities in the next SDPDB meeting. The yearly Inter-Departmental Badminton tournament was also discussed to be conducted in November and to collect Rs. 1000 each from regular players annually for the maintenance of electricity bill, buying of accessories etc. ADC also informed all the officers in the sub division that strict attendance will be maintained from the next meeting.
