Dimapur, March 12 (MExN): The 6th semester of Salesian College of Higher Education, Dimapur organised a music fest on the theme ‘Summer of Love’ at Fr Bernick Memorial Hall on March 12.
The music fest was graced by Kashito Kiba, Managing Director Pheto Music and Film Academy. The guest artist, Jongma H Ungh, Music Producer/Proprietor JHC RECORDS and the vocalist of Papersky enthralled the audience with his songs.
The judges for the choir competition were Fr Peter Salew Sdb, Fr John Lichoi and Avibou Nagi. The sixth semesters’ student was declared first for the choir competition.
The Students Council of Salesian College in a press release stated that the event was hosted by Sabenthung C Ezung, invocation was offered by Fr V A Thomas (Rector) and Fr Jaojian Daniel Gangmei sdb (Campus Minister) welcomed the guests, students and some past pupils. The day was filled with Choir competition, Instrumental piece, musical bands, Choreography by the students of different semesters.
