Mon, April 10 (MExN): Thanks giving programmes for CL John, Minister, Environment, Forests & Climate Change and VG was held at Chenmoho village and at his native village Chen-Wetnyu on April 8 and 9 respectively.
“In the name of Almighty God,” Minister CL John appealed to all the citizens and electorates of 45 Tehok AC, “to forgive each other, if anybody is hurt by the election and political propaganda throughout the recently concluded election process.”
CL John also conveyed ‘prayer to the citizens of his AC in particular, i.e., both the winner and loser or ruling and opposition to work hand in hand for constant development and peaceful coexistence in the constituency in particular to uphold the Christian ethic and democracy mean.’
He committed to deliver justice and to work with utmost sincerity and dedication for the welfare of the people and appealed to the people for their continue prayer support and cooperation.
A press release received here also stated that he thanked the Almighty God for His unceasing blessings bestowed upon him throughout the recently concluded assembly election. He also thanked to the NDPP party veterans and leaders, the Chief Minister of Nagaland and all his supporters, electorates and ranks and files of NDPP party 45 Tehok AC for reposing faith in his leadership by electing him for four consecutive terms to serve the people of his assembly constituency and Nagas in general. He also thanked all “well-wishers, near & dear one and church workers for their relentless prayer support and lend their support morally and physically.”
