DIMAPUR, JULY 8 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Shashank Singh, IAS has informed the public that the road to Suruhuto via Longsa has been blocked due to a heavy landslide. A notice issued through the DIPR asked all commuters/public to avoid taking the said route for safety till the road is cleared. The following alternative routes are advised for all forms of light, medium, and heavy vehicles bound for Suruhuto and Aghunato—Suruhuto: All vehicles to take diversion via Lumami-Akuluto-Kitsakita-Suruhuto; and Aghunato: All vehicles to take diversion via Lumami-Akuluto-Zunheboto-Aghunato.
