Tuensang COVID task force inspects villages in Shamator

Members of the Tuensang Task Force for COVID-19 who toured the villages in Shamator sub division in order to assess the various preparations.

DIMAPUR, MAY 17 (MExN): Members of the Tuensang Task Force for COVID-19 toured every village within Shamator sub-division to take the latest development on how villages are prepared to welcome standard citizens. The team also inspected the quarantine centers and the facilities available.

This was informed in a press release from L Shahoto Yimchunger, Information Assistant cum Convenor, media cell, TFfC-19.

The first group was led by Wanmei Phom, EAC, Shamator covering Sikiur A & B, Rurur A & B and Shongkyu villages.

The second group was led by Kiuji, VP, YTC covering Yakor and Sangphur Villages. The third group was led by Yanhokiu, President, Shamator Public Forum, covering Muleangkiur and Chassir villages.

The fourth group was led by Akumkhiung, President, 11 Ward Union Shamator Town covering Wapher and Laskiur villages.

The last group of members was led by L Shahoto Yimchunger, Information Assistant cum Convenor, Media Cell TFfC-19 Shamator, covering Shamator Village and Leangkonger village.

The different groups conducted meetings with the village local authorities and inspected the quarantine centers. They also gathered feedback from the village authorities.
