Unity College, Dimapur held its first annual youth fest ‘Unifest 1.0’ under the theme ‘Invigorating Young Minds’ on March 4 and 5. Day one saw various events like extempore speech, photography exhibition, cosplay, dance competition, art competition, fitness challenge, essay writing and food challenge. It concluded with performance by the rock band ‘Paradigm Shift.’ On day two, a variety of competitions were conducted on indigenous food cooking, slam poetry, indigenous games, and voice of Unity V.7.0. A stand-up comedy was performed by Purneken. This was followed by the prize distribution to the winners of various contests. The fest ended with an exhilarating experience for the students with EDM explosion by DJ LIL Bomb.
