The Kohima Sümi Totimi Hoho (KSTH) and Dr K & T Keditsu Foundation organized WH.O.LE health awareness camp in the premises of Mount Olive College, Kohima on July 23. 

WH.O.LE (Women’s Health, Oncology, Lifestyle Endeavour project is an initiative of Dr K & T Keditsu Foundation. This camp was conducted in partnership with Putuonuo Nursing Home, Kohima and Max- Care Diagnostic Centre, Kohima.

The resource person, Dr Thejavinuo K Keditsu, Consultant, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Putuonuo Nursing Home, Kohima. She talked on “Common Gynaecological problems & menopause.” Dr Keduovinuo Keditsu, consultant, surgical oncology, Putuonuo Nursing Home, Kohima talked on “Cancers in women.” Dr Keneilhoulie Medom, consultant Anaesthesiologist, KOHIMAS Hospital Kohima talked on “Lifestyle modification & awareness about diabetes & hypertension” while Themmungla Raman Longkumer, clinical psychologist, The Cloud Room, Kohima talked on “Understanding mental health.”

The formal programme was chaired by KSTH Vice President, Kavitoli Jakhalu while welcome address was delivered by KSTH president Piholi Swunetho. Vote of thanks was proposed by KSTH Advisor, Ghovili Achumi.

The programme was followed by health check-up and cancer screening.
