For students in uniform, it said that those roaming about during school hours will be monitored or found indulging in any immoral activities will be penalized both inside and outside the school. “Beyond that if any threat or any form of disrespecting the teachers and staffs shall not be tolerated. If any such incident occurs, then stern action shall be initiated against such insubordinate students,” it stated.

It added that student in uniform found taking any intoxicant substances will not be tolerated and the ASU reiterated that sale of any tobacco products in and around the school campus is strictly prohibited.

It warned students against forming gangs and involving in gang fights, ‘such behaviour would be seriously dealt with. These practices must be discouraged by parents, teachers and the public by reporting such activities.’

Students below the age of 18 are not allowed to drive vehicles. Further, the ASU prohibits usage of government vehicles for dropping and picking up of students from schools. Such activities will be penalized, it stated and informed that ASU “activate its volunteers to note such vehicle registration numbers and report to the competent authority for necessary action.”

Therefore, regulation of these institutes will be sincerely monitored along with the concerned authorities.

It discouraged imposition of fines against failed subjects and absentees.

The ratio of teacher/students for a single tuition batch should be 1:6, it maintained.

Stating that these fee structure is strictly (only) for urban areas, ASU directed all its units to formulate their own fee structure in their respective village and jurisdiction.
