Wokha, June 23 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Orenthung Lotha has informed to all the public that in pursuance of the office of the Chief Engineer, PWD (NH) Nagaland, the Right of Way (RoW) in buildup area and in open area has been restricted to 8.50 meters and 24.00 meters respectively. Therefore, all survey works for assessment of properties likely to be damaged during the construction, will be carried out along the stretch of NH 02 from 72.4 KM to 83.00KM (Niropen gate to Hammock Resort) and the earlier Affidavit signed for the same is declared null and void. Further re-assessment of the property damages based on Ministry’s approval will be notified.
