Kohima, May 14 (DIPR): Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) bade farewell to its Assistant Director, Medosato on May 13 at the conference hall, IPR Citadel.
IPR Director, Pausui Zeliang described the retiring officer as a man who worked sincerely for the department irrespective of good or bad times. He maintained that as government servants “we spend the best part of our lives in the office rendering yeoman services for the interest of our people.” He thanked the officer for performing his assigned duties diligently till his retirement without any complaint.
Additional Director, Limawati Ao pointed out that Medosato never refused to perform his duties throughout his service setting an example and legacy for others to emulate in the coming days. Stating that attaining retirement age in good health was an achievement, he congratulated and wished him a happy retired life.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director, Kevizayieno described Medosato as a man of few words who performed his duties exceedingly well. “He is the one who was always available in the office and ever ready to respond whenever he was asked for duty,” she added. She further acknowledged that the department was honoured to have such an officer who rendered his best.
Photo Technician, Zachizo, who spoke on behalf of Technical section, described him as an officer who had sacrificed his best for the department. He added that Medosato was one who started well in his service and ended with full of satisfaction and contentment.
On the other hand, Medosato thanked God for enabling him to attain the superannuation in good health. He also thanked the department for being kind and helpful throughout his service.
