Director of Higher Education Chubainla Jamir inaugurated the system and CCTV on the sidelines of the 45th ‘freshers’ gathering at the college campus today. Besides these, a new environment-friendly Kirloskar 10KV Genset Silent Generator was commissioned by the Higher Education director.
Explaining the Biometric Attendance Monitoring System, principal of the College C Khalong said the institution is the first in the state to install it and expressed confidence that it would ‘greatly increase the efficiency of both the students and the lecturers’.
