Tuensang, May 12 (MExN): In the interest of public health and safety and as a measure of caution in view of COVID-19 pandemic, Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, District Task Force for COVID-19, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has ordered the sealing of few residences and counters until further orders.
The residences include a house each in Old Medical A; Bazar A, near fish market and Bazar A, below Gas Agency. Also Stall No. 11; Shop No. 5 and Blue Hill Bus and counter have been sealed.
According to a DIPR report, the DC also ordered that “no entry/exit from the house shall be allowed until the expiry of the scaled period/till further notice from the competent authority.”
“All occupants of the sealed houses are to abide by heath safety measures issued by the Government from time to time in relation to COVID-19 pandemic. Essential goods/needs for the occupants shall be arranged by the ward/sector/colony concerned,” it stated.
“Any violation to the above shall invite legal actions as per relevant provisions of the law,” the order added.
