Kohima, April 23 (MExN): The office of the Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension cases settled and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of March has been uploaded on the office’s website. Pensioners may log on to the office web-site at www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorization in the home page, it informed.
The office further informed that a ‘Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions’ has been constituted. (See table)
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a hand written letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, the office informed. All Heads of Departments have also been requested to provide mobile numbers of retirees in their Pension application form and GPF final Payment application form for receiving SMS Service regarding status of their Pension and GPF final Payment.
